陸委會盯緊陸資買股 Jul 12th 2018, 16:41 立法院日前三讀通過公司法修正案，「大同條款」引發外界對外資挾陸資入主的疑慮，擔心會有陸資揪團買股的問題。陸委會發言人邱垂正昨對此表示，除了修法提高裁罰金額之外，陸委會也將委請經濟部投審會針對公開發行公司的股權結構變動，強化管理，並適時強化管制措施。
