香港禁酒令 月底起賣酒給未成年人開罰 Nov 14th 2018, 20:13 香港特區政府衛生署昨公布，《2018年應課稅品（修訂）條例》將於11月30日生效，條例規定任何人不得在業務過程中，向18歲以下的未成年人售賣或供應乙醇含量多於1.2%的酒類飲品，違反者最高可被罰款港幣5萬元。
