封公民廣場被判違憲 港府上訴 Dec 14th 2018, 11:24 港府2014圍封俗稱「公民廣場」的政府總部東翼前地，並修訂政策限制市民只可在周日或假期申請集會。高院法官上月頒下判辭，裁定政府做法屬違憲。而政府昨日提出上訴，要求推翻裁決。
