陸降關稅 平均稅率7.8％ Sep 30th 2018, 15:22 大陸國務院關稅稅則委員會昨（30）公告，自11月1日起，降低部分商品的最惠國稅率。未來將對1,585個稅目的機電設備、零組件及原材料等工業品降稅，約占大陸稅目總數19%，平均關稅稅率由10.5%，降至7.8%。
