又一加拿大公民在陸被捕 中共否認報復華為事件 Dec 13th 2018, 15:57 繼加拿大前外交官康明凱（Michael Kovrig）後，加拿大商人司帕弗（Michael Spavor）也被失蹤。大陸外交部發言人陸慷昨證實，兩人都從事「危害國家安全」的活動，北京市和遼寧省國安機關正在偵辦案件，並已分別向加拿大方面通報。
