陸委會：不特別禁止台師生登陸 會充分揭露風險 Sep 20th 2018, 17:09 大陸宣布今年對台大學免試招生門檻降到學測均標，吸引許多台灣申請大陸大學。陸委會副主委陳明祺坦言，今年赴陸就讀學生「感覺增加不少」，暫不知是否會持續，但赴陸就讀風險多；陸委會將做好風險揭露並充分告知，盼學生做決定時好好考量背後風險。
