香港前特首曾蔭權上訴被駁 還押前突不適送醫 Jul 20th 2018, 15:38 香港特區前行政長官曾蔭權去年因「公職人員行為失當罪」被判監禁廿個月，他不服定罪及判刑，提出上訴許可申請。香港高等法院上訴法庭昨天駁回曾蔭權上訴，維持罪名成立，須返回監獄服刑，但刑期獲減至十二個月。
